Tiers & eligibility

A rule engine evaluates membership tiers over live active stake, read through Koios — the single read-only chain origin, with built-in public per-network endpoints (an in-memory MockSource is injected for tests).

A per-epoch reconciliation job re-evaluates every holder: tiers are upgraded, downgraded, or expired as delegation moves. Delivery channels — Telegram channel instances and email subscriptions (double opt-in) — are kept in sync automatically.
